Soccer Circle Run Training Drill

Setup
- cones to mark off area
- 1-3 balls per station
- 5 min
Rules & Objectives
- 5-8 players max per station
- player with the ball starts dribbling into the middle of the circle towards another player
- next player then accelerates towards the player with the ball, takes it over and repeats the sequence
Variations
- specify how players must dribble (inside or outside of foot, left or right foot only etc.)
- players perform a move in the middle of the circle and then dribble to next player to lay off the ball
- player must dribble clockwise
- players must dribble counterclockwise
- play with 2 or more balls simultaneously
