  • 3 teams. 2 teams play 4v4 inside the playing area
  • grid (40yds x 30yds)
  • cones to mark off area
  • pinnies
  • 15-25 min

Rules & Objectives

  • each team defends and attacks two mini goals
  • neutral players are positioned at the sideline and goalline
  • teams attempt to score by utilizing neutral players
  • teams switch roles every 6-8 minutes

Variations

  • team in possession has to include neutral players before they can score
  • limit number of touches
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
