Soccer Shooting Plus Combination Training Drill

Setup
- 1 goalie
- good supply of cones
- 1 goal
- 1 ball per player
- 10-15 min
Rules & Objectives
- player A passes to player B who lays it off to the side to player A who makes a lead pass to player B who has
- made a run towards the goal to receive the ball and finish
- once the sequence is completed player B gets back in line and player A takes player B's starting position
- switch sides after 8-10 min.
Variations
- specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
- players must finish on goal one-touch
- ball cannot bounce before it goes into the goal
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
