- 3 cones (7-10yds)
- 1 ball per group
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players pass to each other in the sequence as shown
Variations
- add a second ball
- reverse direction
- specify how players must pass/receive (left or right foot, inside or outside foot etc.)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
