Setup
- 5 cones (15-20 yds)
- 5-10 min
Rules & Objectives
- players make lofted two-touch passes back and forth
- ball can bounce only once before receiver touches it
- each player in front of a cone
Variations
- players must receive the ball out of the air
- specify how players must pass (left or right foot)
- adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
