Setup

  • 5 cones (15-20 yds)
  • 5-10 min

Rules & Objectives

  • players make lofted two-touch passes back and forth
  • ball can bounce only once before receiver touches it
  • each player in front of a cone

Variations

  • players must receive the ball out of the air
  • specify how players must pass (left or right foot)
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
