  • target areas (5 x 5yds)
  • cones to mark off area

Rules & Objectives

  • teams score by passing into an area to a target player who connects to a third teammate with a 1 or 2 touch pass
  • switch roles once a team has five points

Variations

  • players must play a lofted pass to target player
  • limit number of touches for field players
  • adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
